Wadena woman gets nearly 5 years for selling meth
A Wadena woman has been sentenced to prison for selling meth.
Denise Ann Kline, 31, of rural Wadena was sentenced in Becker County District Court on a felony charge of second-degree controlled substance crime.
According to court records, on Feb. 2, 2015, she sold 3.3 grams of meth to a confidential reliable informant with the West Central Minnesota Drug and Violent Crime Task Force.
On March 8, 2015, she sold another 3.7 grams of meth to the confidential informant for $400.
On March 22, 2015, she sold 3.6 grams of meth to the informant for $480, for a total of 10.66 grams of meth sold.
On Nov. 22, Becker County District Judge Jay Carlson sentenced Kline to 57 months in prison at Shakopee. She was ordered to pay a $50 fine and $210 in court fees.
